The facebow holder adapter for CA 3.0 LARGE is an elevation screw for the Candulor facebow holder for transferring various facebows to the CA 3.0 LARGE articulator.

The adapter is screwed onto the upper bar of the facebow holder and then completely inserted into the CA 3.0 LARGE. To do this, the incisal plate must be removed and secured with the screw for the incisal plate.
