Signum universal bond is a bonding system for:

Which enables the bonding of:

     • Metal alloys (precious metals, base metals and titanium)

     • Zirconium dioxide

     • High-performance polymers (PEEK)
to:

     • Aesthetic coating materials based on (meth)acrylate

     • Prosthetic coatings (thermosetting or self-curing)

Indications

Metal alloys (precious metals, base metals and titanium)

Bonding:

     • Aesthetic build-up material based on (meth)acrylate to a metal alloy, reinforcement surfaces, in conjunction with macro-mechanical retentions

     • Aesthetic surfacing material based on (meth)acrylate or prosthetic plastics (thermoof self-curing) for partial frame metal alloy surfaces

     • For the extraoral repair of composites on metal substrate

     • For the extraoral repair of porcelain restorations

Zirconium dioxide

Bonding:

     • Of light-cured veneer materials to ZrO2 frameworks, implant structures and simple crowns.

     • For the extraoral repair of veneer composites on ZrO₂ structures.

     • For the extraoral repair of ceramic prostheses on ZrO₂ frames.

High-performance polymers (PEEK)

Bonding:

     • Of light-curing veneer materials to frames, implant stumps and simple crowns made of high-performance polymers.

     • Of light-cured veneer materials or prosthetic plastics (thermosetting or self-curing) on partial frame surfaces made of high-quality polymers.

     • For extraoral repair of veneer composites on PEEK constructions.
