Preparation Of Models

Cut the palatine cavity with a scapel as much as possible on the plane of the dish.

Cleaning The Model

Once the plaster is hard, remove the white expulsion plate and clean off any surplus plaster.

Individualizing

Dismount the bowl and wash it to remove any residue of wax and plaster. Dismount the black side arms holding the model. Remove the model from the bowl and place it on the white expulsion base. Press on it, and once the model is extracted individualize the stums required.

Note: It is very important to clean dust , residues of plaster,etc. from the pieces and the rest of the model so as to prevent misadjustments.

Emptyng Out The Impression

Pour plaster onto the individualizer bowl and them empty the impression (on vibrator).

Articulation

Fit the anchor buttons to the individualizer bowl. Set the opposite halft against the model and attach it with a few drops of wax. Then put in to the articulator with white plaster as usual.
