     • Erkopress motion: Pressure forming device with automated thermoforming process for all applications in the dental thermoforming technique. For connection to the existing compressed air system. With thermoforming technique ‘starter kit’.

     • Model disc

     • Thermoforming material: Erkdur-al 0.8 mm, 100 pcs, is a foil material optimised for the production of aligners.

Accessoires:

     •  Take-off pliers: for easy taking thermoformed splints off the model.

     •  Finishing set Quick 3: contains all rotating instruments to work out all thermoforming materials.

     •  Special scissors XL: for cutting soft thermoforming materials of any thickness and hard foils to a maximum thickness of 1.0 mm.

     •  HSS-twist drill: 3 pieces. For more precise contours, for hard and semi-hard splints, for ex. out of Erkodur or Erkolen.

     •  Lisko white: fine polishers. Best suited for smoothing the splint edges of aligners. For this purpose, 2 Lisko white are mounted on a mandrell with the supporting discs.
